Nick Marks, CEO, Intelematics Australia

Nick Marks

Managing Director and CEO

Nick Marks is the Managing Director and CEO for Intelematics Australia. Throughout his career, Nick has been instrumental in the digital transformations of leading global organisations in the telecom and financial services industries and held various technology and architecture leadership roles in the State Government.
Before joining Intelematics, Nick was the Director of Information Technology at Optus. Here he spearheaded a four-year customer-centred digital transformation that included a major upgrade to billing and customer care platforms, rollout of an extensive application programming interface (API) program, establishment of a robotic process automation practice, introduction of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, and building a data centre of excellence.
Nick’s extensive experience in leading organisations through technology innovations and advancements ensures Intelematics innovative products will continue to solve real-world problems and keep people moving.

Chief Financial Officer

Nick is an experienced CFO and has operated at board level for a number of high growth technology and telecommunications organisations in Australasia and Europe for much of his career. Holding both Australian and UK qualifications, he was involved in a highly successful UK technology company IPO on UK and US financial markets. More recently, Nick was involved with integration activities following the Australian joint venture between Vodafone and Hutchison Telecommunications. He is highly experienced at business planning, change management, business restructuring and financial systems integration. Nick’s financial and commercial experience will help guide Intelematics’ future growth and global expansion activities.
Stephen Owens

Stephen Owens

Chief Operating Officer

Stephen Owens is the Chief Operating Officer for Intelematics Australia, contributing to its success for over 10 years. During this period, Intelematics has been successful in developing market leading product and services and expanding its reach from Australasia to North America and Europe. With a background of delivering technology solutions for start-up initiatives through to major transformation programs for blue-chip multi nationals, he has been instrumental in the introduction of innovative GIS, ITS and Connected Mobility solutions into global markets.
Anne Harvey, Head People and Culture, Intelematics

Anne Harvey

Head of People and Culture

Anne Harvey is the Head of People and Culture at Intelematics. She is an accomplished Human Resources Executive with significant experience in building, leading and managing high performing HR teams in the US, the UK and APAC. Anne has proven experience delivering high-quality HR Solutions for companies in the SaaS space, including implementing the global recruitment framework for Aconex prior to their listing on the ASX. Anne’s in-depth expertise in leading organisations through change management, and building a skilled, engaged and agile workforce is key to the evolution of Intelematics as an Experience Lead Organisation with an enviable culture for its employees.

Neil Taylor

Neil Taylor

BA (Hons)

Mr Taylor was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of RACV Limited and its subsidiaries on 1 March, 2016. Immediately prior to joining RACV, Mr Taylor was the CEO of Greyhound Australia. Mr Taylor has over 25 years’ experience in the corporate sector, both in Australia and overseas. He has a B A in Geography from Leeds University, UK and has completed courses at both Wharton and Harvard Business Schools in the US.
Greg Booker

Greg Booker

MMgt, MBA, GAICD

Mr Booker was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in June 2016. He is the Chief Information Officer at RACQ and has over 30 years’ experience in the technology industry both in Australia and overseas. A financial services specialist, he has worked on major projects overseas, and in Australia has filled general management and CIO roles at St George Bank, ING Australia and ANZ Bank.
Geoff Cosgriff

Geoff Cosgriff

B.AppSc (Elec), FAICD, FIE Australia

Mr Cosgriff was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in March 2013. He has extensive business experience as an Executive Manager and Director in Information Technology, Transport and a variety of Infrastructure companies. Currently an independent Non- Executive Director of RACV Limited and Chairman of Leadership Victoria. Mr Cosgriff is also the former Chairman of UXC Ltd and former Director of Logica Australia and Transurban. Mr Cosgriff remains actively engaged in coaching and mentoring Executive Managers and Directors of companies in a diverse range of industry sectors.

Michael Sheehy

BEc, CA, GAICD

Michael Sheehy was appointed Non-Executive Director in July 2019. Michael has been Chief Financial Officer of RACV since May 2019. Prior to joining RACV Michael spent five years as CFO of the ASX 200 listed digital travel business Webjet Limited. Michael is a member of the G100, an IMA Alternate Director, and a Non-Executive Director of Arevo Pty Ltd.
